Q. How are your products made?
A. Vintage Wear Cali products are handcrafted with skull utilizing Crystallized Swarovski Elements and semi-precious metal studs. Each product is truly a work of art and crafted to the specifications of each order.
Q. Item availability?
A. We make every effort to keep sufficient stock of material needed to make items listed on our site. There are occassions that we sell out of an item or one of its components. You will be notified within 24 hours advising you that your order would not ship in the specified time frame.
Q. What is your Return Policy?
A. All sales are final. Your order is made as placed online. Please note that we measure our belts from the end of the leather to the center hole. Please be sure to measure sizes carefully.
Q. What happens if the goods are not as ordered?
A. If your order arrives damaged or not as confirmed you can request a return authorization (RA) number. We can only exchange the incorrect item that you received for the correct item that you had ordered. Credit Card refunds will not be given.
Q. How do I obtain return authorization number?
A. You can obtain a return authorization number by emailing us at vintagewearcali@aol.com or by calling (818)889-5332. You will be given further instructions.
Q. How should I ship items for exchange?
A. We suggest that you carefully wrap the item, include any return instructions that were given along with a copy of your invoice. It is strongly recommended that you insure the package. Vintage Wear Cali is not responsible for packages that we do not ship ourselves. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. Vintage Wear Cali ships its products using UPS. Pricing will be determined by the shipping address.
Q. Do you guarantee delivery date of an item?
A. We do our best to make sure that every item purchased leaves our facility within 6-10 business days. Because each item is made as ordered as ordered we cannot guarantee a delivery date. We do our best to ship each product out as soon as possible with most products shipping within 3 business days. You will be notified if a product will not ship by the 10th business day. Please make a special note that Vintage Wear Cali does not guarantee to meet any delivery deadlines therefore customers cannot use this as a basis for cancelling orders.
Q. Do you have a print catalog?
A. Currently we do not publish a print catalog, Our product line is continuously growing in order to keep up with the current fashions.
Q. Should I subscribe to Vintage Wear Cali's newsletter?
A. Our newsletter will keep you up to date with alerts to our newest items and monthly savings exclusively for our special customers! Should you decide that you no longer want to receive our newsletters all you have to do is click the unsubscribe link located at the end of the newsletter and you will be removed from our newsletter within 2-3 days.
Q. What form of payment do you accept?
A. We currently accept Paypal and Authorize.net. Authorize.net securly transmits Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
